Discount Policies

Discounts DO NOT pertain to, and there can be no refunds for any extra fee programs such as Before Care or After Care.

Early Enrollment Discount - 10% off enrollment only

• Deposit received by camp no later than November 16, 2009
• Balance paid in full no later than March 1, 2010

Multiple Camper Discounts

• $100 off 2nd camper if BOTH campers attend camp for 8 weeks
• The same discount applies for 3rd, 4th, and 5th campers if applicable

Refer A Friend 

• Receive a $100 credit for every new, non enrolled child you refer that attends camp for the summer of 2010.
• Credit will be applied to current season balance if before May 1st.
• After May 1st, credits will be issued for the following summer.

Account Balances

• All date requirements for discounts must be followed in order to receive discount.  If terms are not followed rates will revert back to full price.
• Camper accounts must be paid in full by March 1, 2010 for discount and May 1, 2010 for everyone else.  No camper will be permitted to start camp if the account is not paid in full - due to fixed costs and expenditures based on definite enrollment there can be no exceptions.  Additionally, the Administration must focus their attention on the daily running of the camp and not accounts receivables.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
• Multiple camper discounts end on the first day of camp.
• No discounts whatsoever pertain to weeks added on after the discount period ends.

Please understand that deadlines are set for the simple reason that the camp does not have a separate "accounts receivable" department. During the summer, the office staff is very busy with campers and assisting parents and must concentrate on "summer activities". For this reason we ask for your understanding and cooperation by paying in full no later than May 1, 2010 or by the deadline specified by any discount option you chose. Thank you.
